WECHAT MINI PROGRAM
User Testing
Project Background
This internship involved working as a UX Designer at D1M Technology, where the primary project was redesigning the WeChat Mini Program (MP) for Fendi, guided by insights gathered from user testing. My responsibilities encompassed conducting a comprehensive competitive analysis, administering user surveys, and implementing A/B testing.
Throughout the process, I identified and documented 23 issues and meticulously prioritized features to effectively shape the project's roadmap. Enriched with these insights, the redesigned version was successfully launched in January 2023.
